A transformer station has deadlines, documentation and one person responsible. For a monthly flat fee from €100 we take over inspections, thermal imaging, electrical testing and call-outs, and we keep track of the deadlines for you.

What the flat fee includes
- Annual inspection in operationvisual and mechanical check, tightening of connections, check of protection and earthing without a shutdown
- Thermal imaging once a yeartemperature measurement of connections and equipment under load, report with images and recommendations
- Periodic inspection and testingelectrical inspection and testing under vyhláška 508/2009 Z. z. (Slovak decree on technical equipment) by our own inspection technician, inspection report
- Documentation and deadlinesrecord keeping, a digital overview of deadlines, reminders before a deadline expires, documents for official checks
- Call-out on working days within 24 hemergency response at the basic standby level is included; materials after approval

Legal framework
The client remains the operator of the designated technical equipment under vyhláška 508/2009 Z. z., which implements the Slovak Occupational Safety and Health Act 124/2006 Z. z. Energovision provides professional supervision, inspections, testing, service and documentation. The contract defines the scope, deadlines and response times.
We start with initial diagnostics
A site visit, measurements, a documentation check and a report on the station's condition, missing documents and deadlines. Only then do we propose a flat fee.

It is rarely just one thing. On a single delivery we also handle what sits upstream and downstream in the circuit.

1What exactly does the monthly flat fee include?
An annual inspection of the transformer station in operation, thermal imaging once a year, electrical inspection and testing in the periodic cycle under vyhláška 508/2009 Z. z., documentation, deadline tracking with advance reminders and call-outs on working days within 24 hours. Materials and repairs beyond the inspection are invoiced separately after approval.
2I have several transformer stations. Is the price per station?
The flat fee is per station according to its rating. With several stations under one contract, or combined with solar PV service, the price is lower; combining with PV service means a 10 % discount on the station fee.
3Will you take over a station you did not build?
Yes. We start with initial diagnostics and a report describing the condition, missing documentation and deadlines. Only then do we propose a flat fee and any one-off repairs.
4Who is responsible for the transformer station during management?
