Solar PV service and monitoring
Our monitoring centre watches 300+ systems around the clock. Inspections, cleaning, thermal imaging and electrical testing on schedule, response within 72, 48 or 24 hours depending on the package.
- 1Inspection and cleaningOnce or twice a year depending on the package, with a report and photos.
- 2Thermal imaging and measurementWe spot overheated connections and faulty cells before they shut down a string.
- 324/7 monitoring centreOutput monitoring, alarms, remote interventions, response in 72/48/24 h.
A plant only earns money when it is running
A tripped string, a locked-up inverter or an overheated connection cannot be seen from the ground. Our monitoring centre sees them: it compares output with the expected yield and acts on any deviation, remotely or by sending a technician.
A service contract gives the plant one party responsible. Inspections and cleaning are scheduled, electrical testing is tracked against deadlines and faults are resolved within the agreed time. This applies to plants we built as well as those we take over from other contractors.

How we work together
- 01
Initial inspection
Plant condition, measurements, documentation, report. For another contractor's installation, also a list of items to fix before handover.
- 02
Package proposal
BASIC, STANDARD or PREMIUM based on capacity, environment and what you want included.
- 03
Connection to the monitoring centre
Communication with inverters and battery, alarm setup, portal access.
- 04
Operation
Scheduled inspections and cleaning, thermal imaging, electrical testing on schedule, call-outs within the agreed time.
- 05
Annual report
Output, performance, interventions, recommendations for the next year and, where relevant, adding a battery.
Initial solar PV inspection with a report
We come, measure the strings, check the inverters, switchboards and documentation and write down the condition of the plant. You receive the report even without a contract.
Service packages
Businesses pay per kWp per year, with decreasing bands by size; households have a fixed annual package. The service calculator shows the exact price.
Combined with transformer station management, the station fee is 10 % lower.
Indicative prices, as of 09/2026. Businesses exclude VAT (up to 10 kWp from €18/kWp, over 2,500 kWp from €4.5/kWp), households include 23 % VAT.
| Package | Businesses 100 to 499 kWp | Households from, incl. VAT | Contents | Response |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BASIC | €8/kWp | €184.50 | 1× inspection, monitoring, annual report | within 72 h |
| STANDARD | €12/kWp | €307.50 | 2× inspection, 1× cleaning, monitoring, report | within 48 h |
| PREMIUM | €15/kWp | €430.50 | STANDARD plus electrical inspection and testing included | within 24 h |
Inspection, cleaning, thermal imaging and electrical testing can be ordered without a contract. We take over another contractor's plant after an initial inspection.
Why do it with us
300+ systems in dispatch
The monitoring centre runs around the clock and sees every inverter, string and battery. It resolves most faults before the customer notices them.
Our own technicians and inspection technicians
Inspections, cleaning, thermal imaging and electrical testing are done by employees.
One contract for PV, battery and transformer station
We combine PV service, transformer station management and inspections into one contract.
Service after other contractors too
We also take over plants we did not build; from handover we are responsible for them.
One project, six services
It is rarely just one thing. On a single delivery we also handle what sits upstream and downstream in the circuit.
Questions we get asked
1Do you service a plant you did not build?
Yes. We start with an initial inspection and a report: condition of panels, inverters, switchboards, earthing and documentation. Based on the report we propose a package and any one-off repairs. Connection to monitoring is part of the first inspection.
2What does a response of 72, 48 or 24 hours mean?
It is the time from reporting a fault to a technician starting work on it, on working days. Within 72 hours with BASIC, 48 with STANDARD and 24 with PREMIUM. The monitoring centre sees many faults before the customer notices and gets in touch itself.
3How often does solar PV need cleaning?
It depends on the environment. On industrial sites and near agriculture usually once a year; elsewhere checking output via monitoring and cleaning as needed is enough. The STANDARD and PREMIUM packages include cleaning.
4How often does solar PV need an electrical inspection?
We recommend inspection and testing every 4 years; the exact interval is set by vyhláška 508/2009 Z. z. according to the environment. It is included in the PREMIUM package; with the other packages you order it separately.
5How do I report a fault?
Via the hotline +421 948 895 797 or by e-mail to servis@energovision.sk. Customers with a contract have the monitoring centre, which usually deals with the fault before they report it.
Non-binding enquiry
State the capacity of the plant, its location and whether we built it. We will get back to you by the next working day with a date for the initial inspection.
