Privacy policy
The controller is Energovision s. r. o., Company ID 53 036 280, registered seat Lamačská cesta 1738/111, 841 03 Bratislava, entered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section Sro, insert no. 158744/B. For data protection matters contact us at info@energovision.sk or +421 948 895 797. We have not appointed a data protection officer because the law does not require us to; your requests are handled by the managing director.
Enquiry, quote and assessment
We process the data you give us in a form or over the phone: name and surname, e-mail, phone, company name and company ID where relevant, the content of your message and the attachments you add (electricity invoice, interval data, photographs of a switchboard). We use them to answer you, to prepare a technical and economic assessment or a quote, and to arrange a site visit.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We do not need your consent for this, and not providing the data only means we cannot answer you. If you send us documents we did not ask for, we process them for the same purpose and to the same extent.
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from the last communication. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the periods below apply.
Contract, installation and service
Under a contract we process identification, contact and billing data, data about the metering point and about the equipment supplied. The legal basis is performance of the contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and compliance with our legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, in particular in accounting, inspections and notifications to the distribution system operator.
Accounting and tax documents are kept for 10 years, documentation of inspections and tests for the period set by the regulations on designated technical equipment, and other contract documents for 10 years after the contract ends.
Service reports and monitoring
If you report a fault or have a service contract with us, we process the contact details of the person reporting and technical data about the equipment. The legal basis is performance of the contract and, where the equipment was not supplied by us, our legitimate interest in handling the request under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Service records are kept for the term of the contract and 3 years after it ends so that we can document the history of interventions.
Website analytics
Without your consent we measure only what is necessary for the website to work. Traffic analytics starts only after consent in the cookie bar; the legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, as easily as you gave it. Details of individual cookies are on the Cookies page.
Who we share data with
Data is processed on our behalf by processors with whom we have a contract under Article 28 GDPR, only to the extent needed for the given purpose: the operator of our CRM and database (Supabase Inc., servers in the European Union), the website host (Vercel Inc.; technical request logs are kept for at most 30 days and do not contain form content), our e-mail provider and the provider of bot protection for forms (Cloudflare, Inc.).
With consent from the cookie bar, traffic is measured by Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4 with an anonymised IP address). If advertising measurement is enabled, the same consent also covers processing of visit and conversion data by Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram). The map on the Contact page loads only after you click it; at that moment Google Ireland Ltd. processes your IP address and browser data.
We may also provide data to bodies required by law (for example the tax office, the distribution system operator when connecting equipment, or SIEA when we file a subsidy application for you) and to our legal or accounting adviser. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Transfers outside the European Union
We process data primarily in the European Union. Where a service involves a transfer to the United States, it is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision (the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or by standard contractual clauses. We will provide a copy of the safeguards on request.
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effect for you. The calculators on the website run directly in your browser and their output is not a decision about you; a person always reviews the proposed solution.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we process data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Send your request to info@energovision.sk or by post to the registered seat. We reply within one month; for a complex request the period may be extended by two months, of which we will inform you in advance. If we are unsure of your identity, we may ask for additional information.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk.
Dispute resolution and supervision
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request or complaint, please first send a request for redress to info@energovision.sk. If we reject it or do not reply within 30 days, you have the right as a consumer to file a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll.
The alternative dispute resolution body is the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate, Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava, Slovakia (www.soi.sk), or another body listed by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. The Slovak Trade Inspection Authority also supervises compliance with consumer protection rules.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the services we use or the legal rules change. The current version is always on this page together with its effective date; we announce material changes on the website.
Effective from 22 September 2026. The Slovak version prevails.
