Energy subsidies 2026
What is open, what is coming and what we do for you. We promise the process, not the outcome: we assess eligibility, prepare the documents and size the battery according to the call.
Verified with the awarding bodies on 22 September 2026; every call links to its source. A call switches to closed on its own after the deadline; we verify the conditions again before submission.

Two different batteries: the subsidy one and the economic one
A subsidised battery is sized according to the call conditions and the PV generation, not according to how much it would earn on reserved capacity and the spot market. These are two designs of the same battery and they almost never come out the same.
That is why we first ask: are we applying for a subsidy or not? The whole sizing follows from the answer. In the assessment you get both versions.
- Zelená podnikombattery only as part of a new PV plant, 0.25 to 1 kWh per 1 kW of installed capacity
- Modernisation Fund MoF 8/2026the battery must absorb at least 75 % of the connected renewable source's annual generation
- Call 73.4the battery is part of the mandatory minimum 10 % investment in renewables
Questions about subsidies
1Which subsidies are open right now?
As of 02/10/2026, these are open: Modernisation Fund, call MoF 8/2026; Call 7/SP/2026-73.4 for farmers. Zelená domácnostiam has new conditions from 21 September 2026 and SIEA has yet to announce when applications start. Deadlines change; we verify them before submission.
2Do you guarantee that I will get the subsidy?
No. We promise the process: we assess eligibility, prepare the technical documents and size the battery according to the call conditions. The provider decides the outcome.
3Why do you talk about two different batteries?
A subsidised battery is sized according to the call rules: Zelená podnikom 0.25 to 1 kWh per kW, MoF 8 with the 75 % absorption rule, call 73.4 with a battery of at least 10 % of the investment. A battery for economics is sized according to your consumption. That is why we prepare both versions in the assessment.
4Has the EU banned Chinese inverters and batteries?
No. No EU regulation bans buying or connecting them. It is a matter of financing conditions in some EU instruments that favour European origin. As of 09/2026.
5Do I need an energy audit?
For Zelená podnikom and some calls, yes. We can produce an audit under Act 321/2014 Coll. (Slovak energy efficiency act) as a supporting document for the application and as a map of savings for your operation.
